This is a short ski-tour course, in which we will skin up and ski some high passes and big glacier summits of the central Vanoise range. We will ascend and ski down lovely summits, mostly those of Lauzi\u00e8re range, fom the huts Logis des f\u00e9es and Nant Brun, and if the Beaufortain mountains from Presset and Balme huts, and from Nant du Beurre for beginners..<\/p>\n

\u00a0We will enjoy the pleasure of the big off-piste skiing in virgin and protected spaces.<\/p>\n

Intermediate OR skilled skiers, able to ski off piste but not experienced in ski-touring (or even beginners in ski-touring).<\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t know much about ski-touring, this course is also perfect for you, we will adapt the day ski trips to your skills!<\/p>\n

This ski-tour (which includes A LOT OF skiing.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Nevertheless, you need to be compulsorily in good physical condition<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>To take advantage completely of your ski-tour, we recommend strongly to practise a sports activity developing the endurance:\u00a0 walks of 20 km with minimum 400 m OR running for one hour x 2 or 3 times a week.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
