For beginners in ski-touring but you must have done previously (with us or not) two or three days of introduction to off-piste skiing!<\/p>\n

To take advantage completely of your ski-tour, we recommend strongly to practise a sports activity developing the endurance:\u00a0 walks of 20 km with minimum 400 m OR running for one hour x 2 or 3 times a week.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
